Grappling or Submission Grappling is a form of combat utilizing methods from wrestling, jiu-jitsu, and judo. This class is highly educational and is a great overall fitness workout.

MMA
Feb 28 @ 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm

This MMA class is for anyone, not just fighters. We will cover all aspects of MMA competition. However, Tuesday class will focus on the stand up aspect of MMA, Thursday will focus on the grappling aspect of MMA, and Saturday will be a blend.

KickFit
Mar 2 @ 8:30 am – 9:30 am

KickFit is a fitness kickboxing class. Participants will engage in general warm ups, sport specific warm ups, focus mitt and thai pad combination drills, partner calisthenics, and stretching. This class is fun and upbeat. Learn some moves and get in shape.
