Wrestling is popular combat sport in which one person tries to takedown the other opponent and work for a pin. There are different styles of wrestling from freestyle, folk, and Greco, among others. The wrestling classes at Pinnacle Sports and Fitness are focused on takedowns, ground control, escapes, reversals, and takedown defense. We are not too concerned with pins but rather we tie the wrestling into how it would apply for grappling and MMA. Wrestling is a tough sport and is also an excellent way to increase your fitness level. You do not need to be a competitor to attend these classes.
